isn't that how it always is. I started doing push ups everyday a two years ago. Built my tolerance up to the point that I had to do 5 sets of 50 a day to feel a burn. Let me tell you calisthenics is a great way to work out.
Mine are actually pretty strong for my frame I guess. Dude it was embarrassing back when I was 16. Cause my fore arms were as thin as rulers and that's the flat end side.
i think only 17 now (maybe 16.5)...I have no tape measure and can only know that I don't work out as much as I used to...cuz I don't wanna too much eatin
