Actually by heating the nut with the Oxygen Acetalyne torch untill it is cherry red then use the impact wrench to turn it off. The nut when made cherry red is almost to the point of becoming liquid and as you should know when things are heated they expand making the nut larger than the bolt. Which usually no matter how rusted they are will unscrew. This works great on exhaust bolts.

Yes, but some of the bolts are also threaded into the chassis, and the thread also rusts.
