New Q6600 running VERY hot

I have 2 half full tubes I haven't touched in about a year...

MX-2 only cost me 6 bucks or w/e and it dropped my temps a good 3 degrees.

I might take some pictures of my rig setup in a little bit, just to see if you guys can tell me if it looks like the airflow is good. Bear in mind this is my first time, I'm starting to get the hang of it but I have a feeling some stuff might be kind of fudged up. Thanks a lot btw.
