i know dreamcast is dead and all but im still enjoying it.

anyways, lets get to my point.
As most of you guys already know, dreamcast is run off microsoft windows ce. now, the thing i want to do is access it, i know theres a way because i've ready about it awhile ago, but its been so long ago i cant remember. can anyone help me out here? prettttttttttttttttttttttty please?

then in one week..

dreamcast is based on windows....that negates your signiture of only buying windows 3.1
