Zone Alarm Program control is going WILD!!!

OK, just recently whenever I use IE, i get a crapload of popups and Zone Alarm goes wild with the program control asking me if I want to allow programs such as:

Client AServer Runtime Process
eied_s7_c_33.exe
epl.exe
LSA executable and Server DLL (Export Version)
menu.exe
msxmidi.exe
NTVDM.exe
on-line.exe
OptScan.exe
Phx
pno0001.exe
q280838.exe
RunApp.exe
System.dat
unvfqpei.exe

I have absolutely no clue what these are and what they are doing on my computer, it just came up today. I need to know what is supposed to be popping up and whats not. I'm about half way through downloading FireFox hoping it will help and i'm probably going to do a reformat soon. I just want to know what the hell these files are.

Look in my sig. Download the spyware tools. Run the virus scan. Then post back your results.

I ran a few of those through http://www.tasklist.org/ and the ones I looked at were trojans/viruses.

Do scans with an updated virus, spyware/adware scanner, and that should fix up most of your probs.
