I am going to build a gaming computer, but! Which cpu!!! AMD or Intel? All intels seem to be clocked higher, but what other factors am I missing that make AMD awesome? Or is Intel awesome? YES, I want cheap, but I want a good CPU. (Good enough to play NWN II, omg yes!!! NWN 4 EVA) AHEM. Please help, give me statistics, no "AMD WOOO WOOO!" Lol. Thanks.

Intel right now blow AMD out of the water. Go with an E6400 or E6600. Those are both available for under $350. The E6600 performs better, if not just as good as the AMD FX-62.

Yeah, go with the Core 2 Duo by Intel. Blows anything AMD has out of the water. It's more energy efficient, and gives you more performance for your money!
