I have a Lenovo T500 laptop running Windows XP. I am trying to access my printer which is directly connected to my Dell XPS 9100 running Windows 7. My printer is an Epson Stylus Photo RX620.
I have turned on "sharing" on the printer. I also am not able to SEE my Windows 7 desktop from my XP laptop when I open "My Network Places".
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did search the posts, but could not find anything with my exact problem where I understood what they were saying. I am not completely technically challenged, but when you get into complicated techo-talk, I will get lost. So please try to explain in the simpest terms possible. Thanks. =)
