Windows exploere.exe keeps closing

When trying to print a photo from the Photo printing wizard the windows has encountered a problem screen appears and than it all closes.
I first open the pic in Windows picture and fax viewer, than click on the print icon at the bottom. Than I go through the photo printing wizard til I get to teh 4th screen in it and the problem occurs there every time, and everything closes.
The error is listed as
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.02600.0 ModName: gdipluss.dll
modVer: 5.1.3100.0 OffSet: 000fe11c
How can I fix this problem?
