Windows 7 trouble shooting

hello everyone

I just built my very first PC I decided to choose windows 7 for my operating system. I'm not very good with computers... I'm actually pretty new. I built the PC without really any knowledge.. but still got it to work. I torrented windows 7 and transferred it to a flash drive. Prior to the installation, my keyboard and mouse work lights are on and keys are working. When I start the windows installation the mouse and keyboard don't register anymore ... but the keyboard and mouse are still on. I can clearly see that when i press caps lock and num lock that registers but enter and tab dont work. Please what could be the problem. Ive tried plugging it into multiple ports. Ive literally tried everything.

Sorry, but since you don't have a legit copy of Windows, we can't really help you. That could be the reason you're having issues for we know (other than something like chipset drivers). Get a legit copy of Windows, and we can assist you then.
