lol good luck to them, if every company sued another company for a product that looked similar t osomething they owned the rights to there wouldnt be much tech out there lol. every major cell phone manufacturer would have to sue each other because so many phones look alike.

So... if I create something that looks like a car, can Disney sue me for infringing on their rights for the movie 'Cars'? All Lucas has to go on is an imaginary product. Does Lucas own a patent for such a device? I doubt it.

This "laser" is legit as it gets and if this cease and desist goes through they just redesign the case and re-release it.
