The tick that I have been doing is blinking just at the right time to so see her leg on the left. And from there, it looks like she is going counter clockwise. Just keep looking at her leg. (I sound like a perv)

This is the most impressive and confusing optical illusion I've ever seen.

If you stare at her shadow just right, it looks like she isn't spinning at all, but just moving back and forth. If you lose concentration for just a second on whichever way she was going, that's the way she will keep spinning until you regain your concentration. Crazy.

Try looking off so that the dancer is in your peripheral vision and a little blurred and look for a few minutes like that. That was the only way I could do it.
