Any one remember the kid wanting to upgrade his 950 Intel graphics chip in his laptop? I may have stumbled on a working answer for him but can't locate the thread.
Well here's the answer I found.
On most laptops built recently there is a slot for a card called Express Card. It's an extension of the pci-e buss. There are a goodly amount of add on goodies that can be used and pci-e vid cards are one of them. Yep, that's what I mentioned earlier in this thread I think, the expansion box with PCI-e slots, so theoretically, laptops can be run in SLI/Crossfire.
