Ok, so I was looking around and saw that my PC can possibly handle 4GB of RAM. I was just wondering if this is indeed possible. My PC is the eMachines T5226. The manufacturer says that the PC can only handle 2GB, but the mobo manufacturer (Intel) says it can handle 4GB. I have tried the Crucial memory scanner, but it does not work on this system. According to Crucial, my mobo manufacturer is @|||||||||; or something like that. I tried a Google search, and it turns out a lot of people have 4GB in a T5226, but I was wondering if a BIOS update or anything like that was required. Wheres TrivumNate, he could answer this, he has the same computer with 4GB if I remember correctly.

If PC can support 4GB, I'm thinking about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820141239
