Run RKill (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/) Run an updated copy of Malwarebytes AntiMalware (https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/). Checkmark each thing found and have it clean it. Reboot into safe mode. Run RKill again. Run Combofix (https://combofix.org/download.php). Rinse and repeat. If you want even more then download Zemana (https://www.zemana.com/antimalware).
