NetGear RP614v2 UDP Port Forwarding

I have a NetGear RP614v2 and i need to forward some ports, both TCP and UDP.

The problem is, in the Port Forwarding section, i do not know how to set them as either TCP or UDP.

This is what the PortF orwarding screen looks like:

The ports i need forwarded are:
TCP: 10900 - 10999
UDP: 3658 & 3659

Yours is a bit odd, I think you just click add custom service, give it a name, enter 10900 for start and 10999 for end, then your computer's IP address.

Same for the other port.
