Need a simple banner

Can someone make a banner with text below:

Current Events, Conservative Outcomes; Predictions for America's Future

The background needs to be white, letters can be all black, red and blue for each section or all red.

It's not finished yet, waiting on the my buddy to give me all the info I need to add

I am using PS. With only one line of text it is hard to fill up the banner and make it look un-squished.

Yea. Just some simple blending effects on the text. I think for the size you want and the amount of text you have you will be better with two lines. Otherwise you will have very small text, or cramped text.
