My Log file - in relation to FPS lag!

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

The event viewer has over 25 System errors in it.

The Application Log file is actually corupted.

The main error seems to be:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7001
Date: 20/06/2007
Time: 2:47:02 PM
User: N/A

Description:
The Remote Access Connection Manager service depends on the Telephony service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

and like i say - the application log is corrupted so cant look there.

Well the problem appears to be to do with something called: IIS Admin Service

So i am gunna do some google'ing to see what i can come up with on the solution.

not so far no, work has been crazy though lately !!

I did notice that it only happens on certain reboots e;g not every restart.

Something i have been putting off tbh. Just such a hassle.

I understand but sometimes its better to start fresh again....especially if you can find problem....
