My laptop has been slowing down seriously in the past 3 months (when I bought it 3 months ago)

Geez! Now I remember why I despise HP so much.

Honestly, I would download the OEM version of Win10 Home, grab your serial number (just in case), back up your stuff, wipe the drive, and reinstall fresh and clean without all the HP BS. It would be easier than trying to disable/uninstall all of it.
