If you want my opinion. You can get some really good air cooling and it can almost compete with majority of liquid. I mean liquid is cool as heck. But leaks and for the most part you are screwed. Out of a lot of money.

If you do it right, it shouldn't leak. That's why you leak test for several hours when you first install it before you use the computer. If it does leak, you should be fine if you used distilled water.

Do liquid, but not if your gonna buy the crap in the original post, I like swiftech kits, or you can assemble your own liquid cooling loop.
