Issues with 360 and streaming...

Ok, this has been working perfectly fine for ages now, and now, out of no where, my xbox seems to have some really big issues when streaming video from my media server.

Media Server:
AMD Athlon 5000+ x2
2GB DDR2 800
4x 1TB hard drives

I use Java PS3 Server as a transcoder in order to stream my rips to my 360 and the ps3 in the other room, the PS3 has no issues at all, but my 360 has issues, note it worked fine before. Usually when I go to stream a movie it says Opening File at the top, but it just turns into a black screen, and my xbox locks up, it won't even recognize me disconnecting the controller.
