For the past few days, about 60% of all the sites I go to take me to this strange little screen:

anyone know whats wrong ? Any help or ideas greatly appreciated, its driving me nuts.

what are some of the other sites you try? I tried the site that was posted and it was nothing, wasnt even a forum

Its strange. Also the casual 404 error page is different. Theres a ton of sites which I know are still there like planetquake.com that dont show, when I go into Googles cache, it looks fine, when I try to access through the cache, the problem comes back.
