I have comcast cable, upgraded to 6MB. It's about the fastest I've seen, besides a few people in my clan who have fiber.

I have NO clue at all. Its a network with one wired computer and wireless...both have speeds around this, ive reinstalled the software, today it wasnt working and i spent like 2 hours trying to fix it and finally did, so it really makes me mad sometimes, and its 12 month contract. its 45$ because there also taxes included, the 12month contract is 35 canadian/month + taxes and other fees. When the contract is over and i still have speeds like this, i hope i can switch to www.rogers.com. Even though i would still get the 3mbps service from them, they probably actually will give 3mbps. Ive had rogers before but i didnt get good speeds so i switched to sympatico, and now rogers upgraded everything.

nope, and even if i do, the difference is very little. meh.
