Internet Explorer v6 not opening Outlook Express

I am having a problem with Internet Explorer v6. Its not opening the send page or send link by email (I'm using Outlook Express). Is this a registry problem of some sort?

Go to tool, then Internet Options, and then the Programs atb.

Make sure Outlook Express is selected under the e-mail field.

I've already done this.... several times in fact, I guess I should just reinstall

What OS are you using? You may be able to run an IE Repair from add/remove programs
