Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me apart from the Clock Speed and Wattage what is the difference between these two CPUs?

Also why would i want one over the over?

Can i add the i5 3570 Vs the i5 3570k to this equation as well? Very similarly priced and from what i can see no spec difference?

the k is the unlocked model, which means you can overclock it. I believe the s model is the faster model (2.9 sped up to 3.2 i think)
