With IE open,
Click VIEW - TOOLBARS, and make sure Address Bar has a check.
If it does, then uncheck "Lock the Toolbars", and look for the word "address" somewhere on the toolbars. If you find it, then you can drag it to where you want it.
You can then "lock the toolbars" when you are done.
Why is it that when someone askes a simple question such as this one, another member comes on here and posts something that has nothing to do with the problem? If he wanted FF, then he would have FF, but he has IE, so lets get him fixed up with what he has and not tell him to use another browser.
