Has anyone had experience with hosting a site in the USA for people over seas? I am trying to determine if I can host a site in the USA for Japanese customers and still have decent connection speeds. I could also look at hosting it in Japan but it would probably be easier for me to deal with hosting in the USA instead.
Also, if I wanted to have the site in English and Japanese how difficult would that be to implement? Like I admin in English but customers see it in Japanese. My wife is Japanese so the translation part is no big deal.
