HELP infected with SWB.Generic3.CGX!

Please help me remove this trojan. AVG detects the trojan everytime i open firefox, but i tried sending it to vault and deleting it, and it still comes back. The trojan is located sometimes under windows\iexplorer.exe or Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5. Tried deleting everything in the temp folder and nothing. I removed everything Adaware and spybot found. I use Firefox and a script blocker plugin. My brother must have downloaded some stupid program. Please help me ASAP becuase i cant find any info about this trojan on the internet.
