Hey, I might be moving into a room at my uncles hotel soon, I haven't checked it out yet, but I'm not sure if theres any available wireless internet that I can use. Right now at my house I'm using verizon wireless, and i think my uncle uses some type of LAN for his internet. Will I be able to use wireless for my computer? I'm using a linksys wireless adapter right now, wireless G i believe plugs into a usb. if it turns out I can't use wireless there is there a way to boost the signal or something to pick up a wireless signal from somewhere else?

If you can't get any signal from your wireless-G that means that there isn't anything you can do. You can try walking about the complex to see which zones have the internet. You could subscribe for satellite though so you can get access anywhere.
Or you can do those cheap homebrew projects where you put a aluminum foil antenna dish on your wireless transmitter
