Definitely get America's Army, it's great for a free game. Gets old after a while, but you can get a good bit out of it before then.

I personally like Counter-Strike, but you probably want something with better graphics then that. But, if you don't really care that much about great graphics counter strike is a great game. It's not realistic but you get to kill lots of people lol.
