So while enjoying some Diablo 3 and AC3 on Friday I smoked a pork butt over apple wood for 9.5 hours. At 3AM I took it off the smoke, wrapped it in foil with some vinegar based mop sauce and cooked it at 180 for 10 more hours. That was one of the best things I have ever tasted. Smoked food is so awesome.
