I'm working with software failures.
I'm currently having issues with Adobe Reader and here is what I see in the logs.
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {B708EB72-AA82-3EB7-8BB0-D845BA35C93D}. HRESULT: 0x8007054F. assembly interface: IAssemblyCacheItem, function: Commit, assembly name: Microsoft.VC90.CRT,version="9.0.21022.8",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32"
I've seen this happening on both Win7 and XP Machines.
Adobe Reader version X and XI fail with this error however version 9 works.
I've tried the following and none of them have worked
Error 1935 | Install | Acrobat, Reader | Windows
Error 1935 HRESULT: 0x8007054F and unable to install Adobe Reader - Microsoft Community
If anyone could throw me some fresh new ideas to test i'd greatly appreciate it.
