is there a free dvd decoder out there, because i go to bording school, and i reformated my computer the other day, and relized i dont have the disk for the dvd decoder with me at school, and i am really bord right now need wanna watch a movie, (never go to bording school its really boring). i am going home this weekend so i can just get then, but i kinda wanna watch a movie now. so please someone give me a link to a FREE dvd decoder.

Install the k-lite codec pack or use VLC player

the school blocked the k-lite, and they block every proxy you could think of. and i dont wanna pay for the other one

You dont need to pay for VLC player. It's a free media player and plays virtually everything without the need for codecs
