I'm having an issue with certain apps on my phone not working properly/loading. Specifically Facebook and Google Drive, but just recently anything else Internet-related takes forever to load. Things run fine when I'm on data. The problem is, the same applications are not working on any other smartphone (Android or iPhone) or tablet in the house.
I am using a Linksys E1200 router. I'm not sure if this is an internet provider problem, a router problem, or something else.
I have been trying to fix the problem myself. From forums I have seen, I unchecked the TCP/IP 6 in my LAN properties, and that fixed the problem for a few days. Then I read something about changing the MTU in my router settings and I went through the proposed steps and ended up changing the MTU to "Manual" 1500 and that fixed the problem for a few days.
Now I'm getting extremely frustrated and nothing seems to be a lasting fix. Any suggestions?
