Well I am trying a Tri Boot between:
Windows XP Home Edition
Windows XP Pro Edition
and
Windows 98
The reason for this is because I am a Software developer whom (Sad to say) does all of his beta testing by himself.
My Problem is that I Cannot Install 98 (I have Pro and Home on)
My Layout is:
C:\ Is Windows XP Home
D:\ is Windows XP Pro
And
G:\ SHOULD BE 98
But Windows 98 SE OEM (The CD)
Automaticaly wants to install on C:\
This is getting weird because I have no say in it. It automaticaly says "There are Files on this drive would you like to format it" (Or something relitivly close to that) And I click no, then it says "windows will now restart your computer, press enter to continue" I press enter and I get back into 98 setup only to recieve the message "Please instert the Windows 98 Disk into A:\ Or Inster the Windows 98 CD-ROM" (I dont have a floppy disk drive) So I press return and it Briefly shows a message saying Formating C:\ 0& and then I get that same message. Do you guys think I have to Format and Install 98 first and if so, does it even support coustom Partitioning?
