Question Looking for Monitor!

Hey guys, I'm using an Alienware 13 R2, it's all I could get for my price range, and I am very happy with it, the only issue is the gaming is a little bit small. On a barely 11 inch screen, gaming is a little difficult so I'm looking to get a monitor to help me with that! I need something like maybe a 24 inch, something that won't really lag and something that has 1:1 pixel scaling. I'm using a RCA TV currently and it's just bad. I have an i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 GHz. I have 8 gigs of ram and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M.
Basically I'm looking for something that will be good for gaming, I play games like CS:GO, League of Legends, and LOTRO. My budget is about 150 but I could potentially raise it to 200$ depending on how good the monitor is.
