V Vormund Daemon Poster Messages 1,178 Location USA Oct 5, 2004 #1 Are you using a USB hub? I had a similar problem...to fix it, I plugged the cord directly into a USB port on the motherboard--and it worked great. After doing the initial install, I could then plug it into the USB hub as well.
