Hi, I have an Hp slimline s5213w it came with windows 7 but I recently put windows 8.1 on the computer.I shut it down one night then the next day I turned it on it got to windows boot screen then shut off like it shut down.I have tried to turn it on sometimes it wont even show the hp bootscreen now the light is on,on the power supply on the back.I have removed the fan on the heat sink cleaned it and the processor reapplied thermal paste put it back together.The fans all turn what could make it do this anyone know maybe ?
