New Gaming Rig - Help.

Hi all, last year I had a custom machine made for me by Mesh here in the UK, it's a great machine, but seeing I was ion Apple for years I cannot remember half the amount I used to, I'd like some help with my gaming settings, Ive a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 and games I like playing are Arma 3, GTA IV, FSX and Xplane 10, (Steam) any help would be appreciated.

What exactly do you need help with? Set resolution to whatever your monitor is, make sure vsync is off (and any frame limiters), max graphics or raise graphics until frame rates aren't acceptable anymore.
