Windows crashed and not starting

Hello friends

I have an issue with one of my laptops (PB). It was overheated and now windows stuck on repair loop. I checked the HD on other laptop (Asus) and windows is running smooth.
I also checked the Asus HD on the PB laptop, and same issue with repair loop.
I am running win8.1.

Any ideas?
