Will these upgrades fit?

I know but that 400w power supply is specifically for the dell optiplex 990 which is what i have, thanks though i will upgrade

Im looking at two gpu's the evga gtx 1050 2gb for 110, or should i get the evga gtx 1050 superclocked for 120? Only 10 dollars more, but is it worth it?

The eVGA will fit in there. If the holes don't line up you can ghetto it, which if you deal with low budgets then get used to it. I did it for years. No, not worth it. Also, if that Dell PSU has proprietary screw in layout it won't fit any other cases when you try to upgrade.

Also, should I get a used sapphire radeon r9 270 for a little under 100, a gigabyte gtx geforce 660 for probably over 110, or stick with the evga gtx 1050 for 110 new?
