i own a webcam (connected via USB) and i have a website... how would i go about putting my webcam live on it?

[edit:] heh sorry, a little blunt and unorganized. does anyone know if theres some easy way to connect a refreshing picture on my site to my webcam? or would i have to sign up with a webcam server someplace and have them connect for me
