SeaTools boot

Hi everyone. I apologize if this question is answered somewhere on the threads, I could not find something this specific.

My question is related to SeaTools bootable disk. I am trying to eliminate the need to have an USB for a test machine and have the SSD just be configured as a bootable option for SeaTools. The SeaTools bootable creator is not seeing my SSD like it does with the USB thumb drive so I cannot select it. I have the SSD connected via a USB to SATA adapter. I am not even sure if this is possible but I guess I don't understand why the SeaTools is not seeing this SSD drive? BTW, the drive is seen in Explorer. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you.

We are trying to have a SSD inside the box and potentially have the option to multi boot from the same SSD, SeaTools and TruNAS for ex.
