That is really ironic when you have EB Games promoting this Xmas's Games Releases on PC/XB/PS2/GC with the song "In The End" by Linken Park playing the back ground.
I think there is a hidden message there at EB Games is promoting.

i used to use to cheats alot. but luckly a friend helped me to get rid of the bad habit. i never use cheats now.

Cheats are okay as long as you don't use them online, and as long as you beat the game yourself first. After that, cheats can be fun. For example, using the 'impulse 101' cheat in the original half-life gave you all the weapons, which you could load up and use during the intro levels for a little funny mayham.

You can also do some funny stuff with cheats like...get a hundred mines, set them up, and then watch the enemies get utterly vaporized in a near-game-crashing explosion.

Cheats are also essential if you're a level designer.
