I would stick with the TX-2, I tried the TX-3 about a years ago. The TX-3 is a more solid, chalky type of paste and I couldn't get it to apply correctly, consistently. I'm sure it's good but if it won't spread correctly, everytime, then it's just not worth the hassle.
