I guess that's how she came up with 3 when she told the lie. Try to say "i want 3 stars" but play it out like he mistook her for a shape of 3 or something...

If it wern't so many of them it would actually look good...
True.
Like if the stars were around the edge of the face, it would not be so bad.
However that part around the nose and just above the eye just looks like it got out of control there.
