Is it out of beta now?

I used it a while back in a vm and it didn't appear to have very many features but I guess that is a good thing for system resources keeping it minimalistic. I deliberately downloaded an infected file and when I went to find it it was just gone without any notification. Usually av s give a warning and ask what you want to do.

so wat wud u suggest for the best free anti virus prog?
Avg, avast, or avira?

I'm an AVG man, but that doesnt mean its the best but its the best for me and its worked great since I've been using it. I even removed SAV 10 from my servers and replaced it with AVG Network Edition.
