we aren't suggesting gay metal, asian metal, or jewish metal either. That doesn't mean we are discriminating against them.

Well said. I was hesitant on listing As I Lay Dying. While they are a "Christian Metal" band, they don't sing about religious Christian BS, and I like their sound, so I put them down.

I agree with everything you said 100% though and it's what I'm trying to say here.

Oh, I thought they sung about that stuff? Hmm, guess not! Good to know. Good to know alot of us are on the same page with this stuff.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Tool. In fact, I don't think I've listend to this band for years. I think they're a prog band that's good at what they do, but I'm not sure about Metal.

Dude, I think we need to talk to Preacher about the whole no black metal thing. And grind=amazing. I used to be way into Grind a couple years back. Deicide, Cryptopsy, and Dying Fetus are all great bands. Especially Dying Fetus.

Marilyn Manson? I was under the impression he's more of a "Shock Rock" artist and Industrial. Not so much Metal. But that's based purely on what I've heard about him and what I've seen of him on TV, I'd be lieing if I said I've taken time to listen to him.
