All, we are looking for some software to help manage our Dell servers. We run all Dell servers here and have tried using the Dell OpenManage software but doesn't seem to be working right and don't like it. Wondering what others could recommend that they use in their server environment? Thanks!

We user OpManager, it's made by ManageEngine. It's EXTREMELY customizable and can communicate on a variety of interfaces. Easy to use too.
We can create multiple alerts and reports from the program itself. We can have different alerts for different servers, IE monitor SQL services while monitoring different services on another server.

We use Opsview Enterprise. It is built on top of Nagios so it is really flexible and customizable. The user interface is very easy to use and the dashboards and reporting capabilities of it are very strong.
