If he is going with friends then you don't want to tag along it will be a week of stuff that will burn your retinas for the rest of your life, trust me. Anyway who wants to go to france at this time of year the french are obnoxious and the weather is fairly rubbish the only reason I would go is for the WAVES on the west cost, but there are no tropical storms in the carribean as far as I know so the waves won't be very big.
