I have a wireless network set up at home with 3 computers and 1 playstation 3 connected. It is rare for all the devices to be on at once, usually just 2 of the computers, or 1 of the computers and the playstation 3 playing online games.
I have full signal strength from my computer to the wireless router but I seem to get a lot of lag when playing online games, even when I have a low ping. This happens both when the PS3 is online and when it isn't. Is it possible that the multiple devices on the wireless network are causing packet loss?
Or could it be interference from neighbouring wireless networks? My neighbours also have a wireless network which I could get a 50-60% signal to. I have tried searching the net but can't find any way to check for packet loss in my network.
